About the role
Insurance is all about life. And it’s all about IT. There are over 1000 techies in the IT community at If. Most of our tech teams are working in an agile setup consisting of tribes and cross-functional squads to enable an optimal environment to reach our shared objectives and key results. In our team, you will work with technical solutions that have the power to turn misfortunes into possibilities and dreams into reality. We use modern technologies to create front-running insurance experiences for our customers. Giving them the security and the confidence to be curious, explore new worlds, start new business, and live their lives. Read more about the important work that we do here: https://medium.com/if-tech
The Data Enabler Tribe’s main responsibility is to enable the use of data in If. We build and operate data platforms, support teams with data management practices, provide AI guidance. We enable data producers and data consumers distributed across our organization, including data warehouses, business intelligence, integration and ML and AI solutions. Our squads are mostly located at the If offices in Turku, Espoo, Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen and Riga.
