Our team of QA specialists, test automation specialists, performance testers, and software quality process managers work collaboratively to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies that cover all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
I'm Zigmārs
As a software quality process manager I like to compare my job responsibilities to the experience of visiting a restaurant. We go to a restaurant for the gastronomic experience and we don't need to know what's going on in the kitchen. But the kitchen is the heart of the company. It is where the customer's wishes are fulfilled and there is no room for chaos. Processes that are simple and orderly make everyday work easier. At the same time, we don't just work on the details, we look at the bigger picture across the organisation to bring teams together and build collaborations, because teams focused on continuous improvement is our goal.
