The User Experience (UX) Design team at If serves as a strong center of expertise, supporting designers in continuous learning, fostering a community of professionals who share advice and experiences. They focus on creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for If's websites and systems, with a user-oriented approach. This requires understanding visual design principles and the needs of clients and internal system users, presenting opportunities and challenges. 

Our team of UI, UX and Service designers work collaboratively to drive research and design processes, work closely with stakeholders, and stay on track with timelines.

I'm Līga

As a UI designer, I create visually appealing and intuitive If websites and systems. By combining creativity and empathy, I strive to develop designs that captivate visually and enhance our users' usability and overall experience. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I gather insights, conduct user research, and iterate on designs to ensure they align with the goals and expectations of our stakeholders.

  • In my work as a designer, I firmly believe that the applications and products I create should not only be intuitive and user-friendly but also designed to make people's daily lives a little easier and more manageable.
