Our If Tech Ambassador Program unites passionate tech professionals from across the Nordics and Baltics who love what they do and can't help but share it with others. With 9 ambassadors representing Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, and Finland, we're creating meaningful connections and positioning If as a tech employer.
In 2024, our ambassadors have made their mark through over 30 initiatives - from university visits and tech community events to industry conferences and career mentoring. Each ambassador shows what we believe in - that success grows through sharing.
