About the role
As an IAM Product Manager at If, you’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation. Your role is central to cross-functional initiatives, delivering new IAM Products and enhancements, and promoting IAM-first thinking across the organization.
You’ll join Digital Sales and Customer Experience, within Business Area Private, focusing on digital enablers for transformation. Our team lives by If’s core values - collaborating across business and IT to deliver the IAM services our business needs. What are you going to do?
Drive the development and lifecycle management of external Identity & Access Management (IAM) products and services across multiple business areas and countries
Enable secure, seamless, and personalized digital experiences for customers, partners, and employees
Ensure the IAM portfolio is compliant, scalable, and aligned with evolving business and regulatory requirements
Support the delivery of modern digital experiences, including human and agentic interactions
Collaborate closely with developers, architects, legal teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality IAM solutions
Guide teams in selected IAM capabilities, like identity management, authentication, authorization, digital signing, consent management and related IAM processes
Lead and contribute to cross-functional initiatives, delivering new IAM products and enhancements
What do we expect from you?
You are a product manager at heart, that can apply product management principles and thinking to products, processes or new technologies. You thrive in the intersection between business and IT, building awareness, trust and commitment across stakeholder groups. You are curious and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to drive change in a structured and result-oriented manner.
Experience in product management and agile ways of working
Knowledge in one or some of the IAM areas, such as authentication, identity management, authorization management, digital signing, consent management
Awareness of compliance frameworks impacting IAM (e.g., GDPR, eIDAS, FiDA)
Excellent communication skills and ability to drive change
Day-to-day responsibilities require a good/excellent level of English to communicate with colleagues from other countries, Latvian language skills are a plus
Solid educational background, in either technology or business, preferably higher education degree
