About the role
We are looking for an experienced full-stack .NET developer to join a Tribe responsible for one of the If’s largest and most critical systems. Our digital platform, Waypoint, is a unified solution built from scratch. It is developed by over 150 people across 12 cross-functional squads, delivering a stable, scalable, and secure insurance platform.

You’ll also collaborate closely with developers, architects, analysts, and domain experts across the organization, with opportunities to grow as a full-stack developer or move toward architecture or leadership roles.
What do we expect from you?
We are looking for a driven full-stack developer with experience in both back-end and expertise in front-end development who wants to create fast and durable solutions that are user friendly. You see knowledge-sharing as a natural part of your work. You are also a team player with a natural appetite for learning new things and challenging yourself.
