About the role
As Web Analytics Developer, you will be helping to create and implement digital marketing strategies to drive sales on If Baltic websites by building and supporting relevant reports and carrying out data analysis of digital advertising channels and web-shops. Your main goal will be to provide the insights and suggestions for more effective digital campaigns, channels as well as to suggest improvements in our web-sales channel.
What are you going to do?
- Be the go-to person for Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA360/GA4), including server-side tracking in Google Cloud.
- Set up and manage tags, cookies, and tracking tools so we can measure what’s happening on our websites.
- Help marketing teams run campaigns by making sure tracking works smoothly across Google, Meta, and other ad platforms.
- Build easy-to-use reports, dashboards, and funnels so everyone can see how things are performing.
- Connect our marketing tools so that data flows where it needs to go without issues.
- Fix tracking problems and work together with marketers, analysts, and developers.
- Keep our documentation clear and up to date, while making sure we follow GDPR and best practices.
- Take part in Agile projects, support ongoing tasks, and share knowledge with the team.
- Keep stakeholders in the loop with helpful updates on progress and next steps.
What do we expect from you?
Must have
- Proven experience in working with e-commerce, digital area.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 360/GA4.
- Familiar with OneTrust and cookie management.
- Experience with Google Consent Management Platform (CMP) and Google Cloud Platform.
- Skilled in using the Google Marketing Platform.
- Experience with Meta for Business (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions.
- Familiar with the Microsoft Advertising platform.
- Basic coding knowledge of JavaScript and HTML.
- Fluent in English language, with comprehension of Lithuanian language.
Nice to have / We can also help you to develop
- Relevant education at the bachelor's level or higher.
- Previous experience in working in an Agile team.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisations skills.
- Hands on experience in data development.
- Knowledge of Hotjar, vwo, Supermetrics.
