About the role
We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to support our team during an ongoing technical transformation journey. We need someone who enjoys hands-on coding, can adhere to technical decisions, and is committed to following the established roadmap. You should be driven by delivering business value through your work.
As the domain name suggests, we are responsible for the core system within the Industrial business area. You will be part of a team responsible for both maintenance and new development within our system domain: Industrial Core. The team consists of a Product Owner, 5 developers and a QA. This role requires the ability to work with both legacy systems and modern technologies, as we are currently in the midst of a transformation.
What are you going to do?
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure products within squad scope
- Troubleshoot and resolve project issues, working closely with the development team and stakeholders.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies like daily meetings, sprint plannings, reviews, retrospectives and provide feedback for improving daily life routines.
- Provide technical support for API consumers during and after onboarding process.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions striving for the best result.
What do we expect from you?
Must have
- At least 5 years of professional experience with .NET (Core) and .NET Framework and C#
- Proficient in developing desktop applications using Winforms
- Skilled in using Entity Framework
- Familiarity with NHibernate
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Good practice with Unit test and code review
- Knowledge of cloud applications (Azure, AWS)
- Experience with API frameworks (REST) and WCF
- Experience with front-end technologies (NodeJS and Next.js, HTML5 and CSS3 and React)
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps - Platform for collaborating during development of software (planning tools, source code management, pipelines etc.)
- Familiarity with the international context
- Day-to-day responsibilities require a good/excellent level of English to communicate with clients and colleagues other countries.
Nice to have
- Experience with Kubernetes and GitOps approach
- Experience with Windows Server and IIS configuration
- Relevant education at the bachelor's level or higher
