Senior UX/UI designer
Temporary positions for ~ 1,5 years
About the role
Get the opportunity to work in one of the largest insurance companies in the Nordic and Baltic countries - and play a key role in shaping the strategic direction and maturity of UX design in the Nordic region. We enable almost four million customers to live their fullest lives by always being by their side if something unexpected happens. Insurance is all about life and creating great user journeys - and it’s all about UX!
We offer you a workplace with engaged colleagues who contribute with visions and goals that maximize our user experience. You will be part of an inspiring workplace where we value flexibility and work-life balance, and where design plays a strategic role in shaping our digital future.
As a Senior User Experience Designer in the Nordics, you will work at both operational and strategic levels. You will design and refine digital service experiences in areas like digital sales, self-service, and enterprise systems to position If as the most caring insurance company. Alongside delivering high-quality design work, you will shape and steer the design direction in the Nordic market, working closely with the Nordic–Baltic design community of over 60 designers. You’ll have the freedom to drive your own strategic ideas, with the support of Nordic UX leadership, and play a central role in maturing our design practice in the region.
We currently have two open positions in the team. Both are temporary roles with an expected duration of approximately 1.5 years.
