About the role
As an L&D Specialist, you will be part of the Tech Learning & Growth team across the Nordics and Baltics, supporting the learning culture of If’s Tech community and users of approved AI-enabled tools. You will help turn AI competence development priorities into practical learning experiences that support effective and responsible AI adoption.
This role is a great opportunity to grow in learning and development, project coordination, and stakeholder collaboration while contributing to one of the most strategically important competence areas in technology today.
What are you going to do?
Coordinate workshops, demos, hackathons, learning sprints, case-sharing sessions, and community events
Work with AI champions, power users, SMEs, managers, tech teams, and business stakeholders
Convert internal use cases and best practices into learning formats
Coordinate speaker preparation, session design, communications, logistics, feedback, and follow-up
Support AI communities and champion networks as channels for adoption and maturity-building
Help identify and connect users with relevant SMEs or learning resources
Collect feedback, adoption signals, questions, and blockers from sessions and communities
Support learning campaigns for GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot, AI integration capabilities, and other approved AI-related topics
Help run pilots before scaling interventions more broadly
What do we expect from you?
Must have
Curiosity about AI, technology, and how people learn new ways of working
Strong background in project/event coordination: able to plan, organize, follow up, and keep several moving parts moving
Experience coordinating learning sessions, workshops, events, communities, or similar initiatives
Ability to take a broad direction and turn it into concrete next steps, timelines, and deliverables
Confidence working with different stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical colleagues
Ability to work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and help turn their knowledge into practical learning formats
Structured and proactive mindset: ability to turn vague needs into concrete session formats
Comfortable working in a fast-changing topic where priorities, tools, and expectations may evolve
Day-to-day responsibilities require a good/excellent level of English to communicate with colleagues in other countries
Experience collecting feedback and turning it into practical improvements
Nice to have
Experience with internal marketing, adoption campaigns, or community engagement
Basic understanding of software development ways of working, for example agile teams, product teams, DevOps, GitHub, or similar
Experience with internal learning platforms, knowledge bases, LMS tools, Teams communities, SharePoint, Confluence, or similar
Ability to distinguish between a learning need, a process issue, a tooling issue, and a governance/policy question
