About the role
We’re looking for a .NET Developer to join our team as we continue our technical transformation. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys coding, values alignment with architectural decisions, and is committed to delivering according to a roadmap. You should be motivated by creating real business value through your work.
You’ll be part of a cross-functional team building a new core sales system for the Baltics. The team includes a Product Owner, three developers, two QA specialists, a dedicated system analyst, and an architect.
This is a great opportunity to help design and develop a brand-new microservice-based sales platform using modern technologies and best practices.
What are you going to do?
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions within the squad’s scope
Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement of team workflows
Engage in code reviews and technical discussions, aiming for clean, efficient, and maintainable solutions
What do we expect from you?
Must have
You’re passionate about solution development in Azure and have a strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming with .NET and C#
You bring experience working with complex, message and event-driven architectures, and you apply clean code and SOLID principles to solve problems with simple, maintainable solutions
You enjoy building and consuming APIs and microservices, and have hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, such as SQL Server and Azure Storage
You're familiar with Azure DevOps as a platform for collaborative software development – planning, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and more
You have practical experience in enterprise front-end development using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar modern front-end technologies
You take information security seriously and are committed to safeguarding customer data and privacy
You’re comfortable working in an English-speaking environment, with strong communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across countries
You hold a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or possess equivalent professional experience
Nice to have / We can also help you develop
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and a strong understanding of the GitOps approach to infrastructure and deployment management
Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality
