We are now looking for a motivated and talented individual to join one of our teams.
Our web applications offer our Nordic customers a modern and appealing self-service experience, enabling them to manage their insurance, claims and payments. Our customer focused development teams aim to continually improve our offering and add new self-service functionality. Addition to web-based self-service solution, the team is focusing on creating APIs for other services like mobile apps.
Your closely co-operating agile team consists of people working in different expertise areas and in different locations: Turku, Espoo, Riga, and Stockholm. The team is relaxed and supportive, but also ambitious and continuously improving the ways of working.

In this role, you will use your technical and domain expertise to contribute to both development projects and teams’ success. You will work closely with other related developers and play a key role in ensuring that our commercial customers’ web services are technically well designed and provide smooth customer experiences in all Nordic countries. In practice, this means that you will work in one of our cross-functional agile teams which design and align technical solutions with related systems.
What are you going to do?
Build web solutions and APIs using Azure-hosted services
Apply expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs in daily development work
Work with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, Next.js, and Razor
Incorporate test automation and continuous integration as part of the workflow
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and refine user stories
Participate in agile practices and work closely with other developers in the team
Influence learning topics within your team and contribute to knowledge sharing
What do we expect from you?
Must have
Multiple years of experience in software development (senior level)
Deep knowledge of backend software development with C#/.NET
Good understanding of REST API development (.NET)
Front-end development experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript
Experience with Azure, Git environments, pull requests, and code reviews
Solid understanding of HTML and CSS (tailwind)
Experience with integration of third-party services via API
Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts and logic to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Problem-solving and adaptability, including critical thinking, resourceful solution design, and the ability
Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and comfort with practices like code reviews and pair programming
Show ability to work effectively in an English-speaking environment, ensuring clear communication with international teams and stakeholders
Nice to have
Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or other AI assistants is an advantage
Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, or NoSQL
Relevant bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent work experience
