About the role

You could call it a Full-stack Developer role—but we’re really looking for someone who enables seamless, personalized customer journeys through smart technology.  

The CRM and Marketing Solutions unit at If P&C Insurance is advancing its capabilities in data driven marketing and supporting a digital first strategy. To create customer-centric solutions in this area, we utilize many data sources and turn them into event-driven personalized solutions with high business impact. We want to offer our customers personalized journeys driven by important life events. You will have a key role in making this happen.  

We’re a Nordic team of highly motivated developers who are passionate about serving customers with timely, personalized communications to help them live a worry-free life and insure what is most dear to them. We work closely with business stakeholders to make this happen and value common Agile DevOps principles with CI/CD so we can continuously deploy value to clients.

What are you going to do?

• Develop APIs, integrations, and applications to enable secure communication with leads and customers 

• Ensure If can reach out through any channel using the new Bloomreach Engagement CDP platform and create personalized customer journeys 

• Join a collaborative Nordic team of developers who value teamwork and a fun work environment 

• Build B2C and B2B integration solutions in .NET and C# within Azure Cloud 

• Connect integrations to omni-channel CRM touchpoints (email, SMS, web, CX, app, chat, marketing channels) and first-party data sources 

• Develop and integrate CRM data sources across Azure, on-premise systems, and partner APIs 

• Implement reliable, asynchronous messaging and other data communication channels 

• Work in an Agile and DevOps environment as part of your daily routine 

What do we expect from you?

Must have

• Solid experience with .NET, C# and Object-Oriented Programming principles

• Proficiency in REST APIs, microservices, and message-based architectures

• Experience developing solutions in Azure Cloud

• Strong knowledge of Azure data storage (SQL server, CosmosDB, Azure Storage)

• Awareness of information security and compliance (e.g., GDPR)

• You’re comfortable working in an English-speaking environment, with strong communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across countries 
  

Nice to have

• Experience with React for UI development 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Monthly salary: €3500 - €5500 gross depending on your qualifications (please note that the specific amount may vary due to different employment taxation in Baltic countries)
