About the role
Join the Intake squad within the Cure Tribe — a cross-functional team shaping the future of digital claims handling. As a Test Automation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of solutions used by millions of customers across the Nordics and Baltics — from private individuals to commercial and industrial clients.
You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and product owners to build and maintain robust automated test suites, integrate quality assurance into CI/CD pipelines, and champion best practices in test automation. Your contributions will help deliver intuitive, efficient, and accessible digital services that meet the highest standards.

What are you going to do?
- Develop and maintain scalable, maintainable, and reusable test automation frameworks aligned with our quality assurance strategy
- Build and execute automated test suites to ensure secure, high-quality digital claims applications
- Collaborate with designers and developers to validate intuitive and inclusive user experiences through automated and exploratory testing
- Conduct accessibility testing and ensure feedback is incorporated into the development lifecycle
- Work closely with back-end developers and integration teams to understand system behavior and data flow for comprehensive test coverage
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve test automation issues, coordinating across disciplines when needed
- Continuously improve testing practices and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team
What do we expect from you?
Must have
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with a talent for coaching and inspiring teams
- A relentless commitment to product quality, driving excellence at every stage
- Extensive proficiency in test automation tools and technologies such as Gherkin, and Cucumber, Playwright, Specflow
- Proven expertise in .NET stack toolsets and frameworks
- Hands-on experience with JSON, REST, and related technologies
- Mastery in test automation across all layers, from code to UI, encompassing API and functional/non-functional testing
- A solid grasp of Agile methodologies and modern Software Development Life Cycle practices
- Track record of implementing DevOps principles and technologies, with a focus on Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Strong communication skills in English to communicate with colleagues from different countries
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) methodology and DOM
- Exposure to multiple tools and technology within each category
- A degree in software engineering or related field
- Strong proficiency in .NET and other languages and frameworks
