About the role
We’re looking for a System Analyst to join our team on an exciting journey of technical transformation. In this role, you will help define and design systems from the ground up, following a microservices and modular, component-based architecture. This is a hands-on position suited for someone who enjoys deep technical analysis, can navigate ambiguity, aligns with architectural principles, and is committed to delivering solutions in line with our roadmap.
You’ll be part of a cross-functional team building a new core sales system for the Baltics. The team includes a Product Owner, four developers, two QA specialists and an architect.
This is a great opportunity to help design and develop a brand-new microservice-based sales platform using modern technologies and best practices.
What are you going to do?
- Act as a liaison among business and IT stakeholders to understand and describe business requirements
- Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively and help development team to provide effective and efficient IT solution
- Manage and refine business requirements throughout all stages of the software development lifecycle
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement of team workflows
- Contribute to solution assessment and validation, ensuring long-term knowledge retention and continuity within the organization
What do we expect from you?
Must have
- Proven experience in implementing customer-facing solutions, with a strong focus on delivering business value
- Analytical and results-driven mindset, with excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail
- Solid hands-on experience in business systems analysis and modelling, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions
- You take information security seriously and are committed to safeguarding customer data and privacy
- You’re comfortable working in an English-speaking environment, with strong communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across countries
- You hold a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or possess equivalent professional experience
Nice to have
- Industry recognized certification (e.g. CBAP, CCBA, AAC)
- Familiarity with APIs and microservices, and have experience working with complex, message and event-driven architectures
- You're familiar with Azure DevOps as a platform for collaborative software development – planning, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and more
