About the role
As a Senior IAM Engineer you will design, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions. You'll play a key role in building our IAM infrastructure, working closely with different teams to make sure our solutions fit our business needs. You'll also be the expert everyone turns to for advice, making sure we're compliant and boosting our security across the board.
What are you going to do?
- Improve existing and build new IAM solutions
- Improve developer documentation, build code examples and demo apps
- Ensure we have the right processes and tooling to achieve and maintain high availability
- Ensure we have the best security practices and processes in place for IAM service operation
- Help new business initiatives choosing correct IAM integration patterns and practices
- Provide technical leadership and guidance for less experienced engineers
- Participate in team Agile planning process
- Participate in team QA process
- Proactively develop knowledge and expertise in IAM field
What do we expect from you?
Must have
- Excellent programming skills with C# or Java (at least 5 years) and HTML/CSS
- Protocols OpenID Connect/OAuth 2.1/SCIM
- Day-to-day responsibilities require a good/excellent level of English to communicate with clients and colleagues from other countries.
- Understanding of directory services.
- Understanding of role based and/or attribute-based access control.
- Experience working with cloud resources – containers, IaC, gateways etc.
- Motivation to learn all technical aspects of best IAM practices and standards.
- You are proactive and with mindset of high quality over quantity
Nice to have / We can also help you to develop
- Agile development experience
- Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps experience
- Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Terraform
- Docker/Kubernetes knowledge
- React knowledge for frontend work
