Summer Campus
Enjoy an offsite work week in a summer camp set-up! A perfect combination of work and entertainment, great vibes and networking that has already become a tradition and took place for the 3rd time this year.

We believe that it is important to recognize not only our achievements, but also employees standing behind our success stories. Every year our stars that have shined the brightest are honored in a special ceremony.

IT Conference
A great tradition and event where the global If tech community of more than 1000 great minds can share their knowledge among colleagues from all our IT hubs. Next year we will celebrate our 10th IT Conference.

Celebrative November
Each year for an entire month we are celebrating our success. It includes various activities, public recognition of the best-performing employees and a grand celebration party.

If IT Junior School
A paid trainee program for software developers and testers who want to pursue a career in tech. More than 90 participants have attended 11 Junior School sessions over the past 6 years.

IT Awards
A ceremony where the best IT project teams are recognized and celebrated. Each colleague can vote for their favorite projects and determine the winning team.

IfTech sessions
Monthly IT knowledge-sharing events where colleagues participate as guest speakers and cover variety of different tech topics. Everyone from IT people of If to colleagues working close to IT and in similar roles are invited to be a part of IfTech initiative.

HackIf
An annual hackathon with a goal to create functioning software by the end of the event. The teams of tech and business colleagues are encouraged to develop an idea with technical, design, and business value.

Wellbeing events and lectures
As it’s important to us to operate in a sustainable way, we are regularly organizing various events for our employees to raise awareness about such topics as physical and mental health, how to deal with stress, zero-waste lifestyle and other.

Charity events
We believe that not only it’s important to take care of our employees, but it’s crucial to help others in need as well. If engages in various charity events, for example, by donating funds to Ukrainian children and animal shelters.

External campaigns
As we believe that our employees are the best storytellers to reflect company’s values and inner culture, each campaign is created with our techies as actors! We stay true in everything we do.

Office events
Starting from egg hunting and pancake mornings with barista, ending with yoga classes, concerts and small fairs where employees show their talents in making something special. It’s never dull at the office!

Surprise Happy Hours
We’re bringing colleagues together for some mingling in an easy-going atmosphere to spark real connections and strengthen friendships. Each event has the main activity at its center – whether it’s a game, quiz, or a speed networking.

To strengthen the team spirit, each tribe is having regular events for their techies. Whether it’s a hike, escape room or scavenger hunt, be sure you will have fun either way!

Healthy competition and activities is a must-have to bring energy and determination to the table! Zorb football, basketball, table tennis, novus, board games, or darts. What’s it going to be?
