IT Conference
A great tradition and event where the global If tech community of more than 1000 great minds can share their knowledge among colleagues from all our IT hubs. Next year we will celebrate our 10th IT Conference.

Celebrative November
Each year, we dedicate an entire month to celebrating our achievements, with a variety of activities and recognition of our colleagues who have made outstanding contributions across different areas of the organization.

IT Trainee Program
A paid trainee program for software developers and testers who want to pursue a career in tech. 100 participants have attended 12 IT Trainee Program sessions over the past 7 years.

IT Awards
A ceremony where the best IT project teams are recognized and celebrated. Each colleague can vote for their favorite projects and determine the winning team.

IfTech sessions
Monthly IT knowledge-sharing events where colleagues participate as guest speakers and cover variety of different tech topics. Everyone from IT people of If to colleagues working close to IT and in similar roles are invited to be a part of IfTech initiative.

HackIf
An annual hackathon with a goal to create functioning software and digital product solutions by the end of the event. Teams of tech and business colleagues are encouraged to develop an idea with technical, design, and business value.

Wellbeing events and lectures
As it’s important to us to operate in a sustainable way, we are regularly organizing various events for our employees to raise awareness about such topics as physical and mental health, how to deal with stress, improve nutrition and others.

Charity events
We believe that not only is it important to take care of our employees, but also to help others in need. If engages in various charity events, donate funds to Ukrainian children, animal shelters and SOS Children's Villages in Latvia.

Ambassador Program
Building a stronger tech community together with our Ambassador program. Through mentorship, participation in tech events and industry discussions, content creation and knowledge-sharing initiatives, our ambassadors inspire future talent and foster collaboration.
