When is the next If IT Junior School?
We have now had the pleasure of organizing the project 11 times and have met so many of our current colleagues through it. And while we are happy about this turn of events, it also means that at the moment we have filled in all our open junior positions and there will be no Junior School in February 2024.
But that doesn't mean it's over for good. As we continue to grow as a company, there will certainly be more opportunities for you to become a part of our tech community in the future. Follow us on social media and keep an eye on this page to make sure you don't miss out on any relevant information in the future.

The program was well-organized. I appreciate that all lectures were available in video format, as it allowed me to revisit the material and pay closer attention to details. Our lecturer, Māris, was an exceptional mentor. He not only challenged us, but also shared the best practices, and spent a lot of time explaining concepts thoroughly.

I was a 3rd year IT student and looking for an internship when I saw the opportunity to apply for Junior School. Being part of the program was very interesting – the months flew by so quickly. What I appreciated the most was the fact that Māris, our mentor, invested a lot of time to work with us individually and make sure we understood everything.

I liked that the learning process didn't just focus on theory, but also on practical tasks. Our mentor, Anna, guided us through the process and helped us pick up the testers' mindset. That was the place where I discovered my dream job and got over my fear of entering the tech world. After the program, I transferred from a business to an IT role and have been happily working in it ever since.

After finishing my studies, the Junior School offered a great opportunity to learn more about a specific tech area. The program helped me to understand and develop software that the organization actually needs. Moreover, I could ask questions and get professional guidance, which gave me confidence in my abilities.
