About the role

We are looking for Application Support Engineer who will manage and maintain multiple applications, making sure that applications are available within service level agreements and working as expected.

What are you going to do?

• Direct IT support with end-user via agreed channels
  
• Monitoring and ensuring application(s) stability
  
• Incident, service request and events administration and escalation
  
• Participation in IT service management processes

What do we expect from you?

Must have

• At least 2 years experience in application maintenance, IT Support or related IT positions
• Experience with software development, database management and monitoring
  
• Willingness to work with users and solving production issues
  
• Passion about in-depth troubleshooting and system behavior analysis
  
• Your friends most probably would characterize you as an excellent communicator (also in English), pro-active person with initiative 

Nice to have

• Strong technical background
• Experience with databases
